Fountain Fun

I know it has been awhile since I last posted. So here are some pictures from a couple of weeks ago. We were supposed to go up to Ogden for a family party, but the flights looked bad and it was supposed to be 31 degrees outside with a windchill of 16 degrees so we decided to stay home. Instead we went on a hike to Chuckawhalla and then downtown to the new water fountains. It was about 70 degrees outside. The hike was fun and Derrik was amazing. He gave Marlee a piggy back ride for the last half of the hike. (I think Marlee almost weighs as much as Derrik) Then we needed to cool off so we went downtown to the fountains. The kids loved the fountains and getting wet. Derrik and Daniel got the wettest! Maycie wasn't sure about the water at first but then we couldn't get her to leave. It was a great day!

How cute! I wish it was warm enough up here that we could do that kind of stuff. We have had a few warm days, but we aren't that lucky.
Go Derrik! What a strong kid to carry Marlee like that!

Wow, that looks like it was a lot of fun.
I'm still to scare of getting lost to go exploring much. I hope there are fun things like that to do here.
